I scheduled an appointment four days out and had the front breaks (pads and Routers) repaired today! Jeremy was the mechanic he was professional and friendly! All at work while I was working. No hassle of dropping my car off and needing a ride. I will definitely use them again.
Just got an oil change done - amazing experience- didn’t have to go anywhere , watched the guy put in full 5 quarts of branded synthetic oil in front of my eyes. Signup and appointment setup was fluid too.
I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The mechanic was right on time, brought all the tools he needed, and fixed my car without any hassle. He was very clear when explaining what had gone wrong and made sure I understood what he was doing. Fantastic experience overall.

Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. Complete engine service that also included valve cover and other optional services. Instantcar Fix. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done. The thorough follow up and communication was on point by the service manager (Gary) there was no work done without approval. All parts are there for your viewing. And less expensive than the dealer! Might I add the warranty on the job for service work is unmatched. Great company to work with and I will continue to work with them! Happy Customer!
I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!
