Very happy with our service. Kirk was on time, efficient with time, very thorough, even let us know about future services we would need. Took about 2 hours (we got both brakes fixed). He even had my husband test drive the car to make sure the job was done! We will definitely use Instant Car Fix again and recommend it to family and friends.
My car wouldn’t start, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I booked a same-day service, and within a few hours, the mechanic arrived and diagnosed a bad battery. They replaced it on the spot, and I was back on the road. Super convenient!
The Gentleman that came and put my brakes and rotors on did a excellent job. He was very informative and professional. He explained everything and informed me of a few other things I needed to address with my vehicle. I would definently recommend Him to anyone. Excellent Job
It’s almost impossible to find a quality mechanic in DC. After making phone calls for three days, I was lucky enough to have found Gary and David! My sons car needed an alternator, battery assessment, oil change, and tire inflation. David arrived on time and Gary was phenomenal about keeping me updated once I scheduled this service appointment for my son. I HIGHLY recommend calling them for all of your automotive service needs!

He talked me through the problem and gave honest, clear explanations. The repair was done carefully, and he double-checked everything before leaving. I heard about this place through a friend of mine. When I looked into them I seen the raving reviews looked at the pricing the fact that they come to you made it easier as my brake pads were bad so I didn't want to drive it anywhere to cause more damage. Long story short Steve got here on a Sunday morning around 10:40 am and he was done with my brake pads by 12:00 pm the guy was here in a timely manner, he was very cool respectful and very knowledgeable . He even had me test drive it to make sure the brakes were good before he left . I will be using them for all my car repairs best thing since sliced bread.
Back in July my car was hit and the person left, so the day I took the car to the body shop the check engine light came on. and I thought who ever hit my car might have dislodged the fuel pump. So the bodyshop gave me a code and it was the Purge value. I used Instant car fix before for an Oil change and air filter, and the mechanic did a great job and I was happy with the service, I can say the same for the job the Mechanic did on Saturday July 31st, who showed up and worked on my car. Excellant work and I drove the car and everything is working great, when I hit the gas the car regained more power and it drives smoothly before I knew the purge value had started to fail. When I had to fill my tank and go start the car it wouldn't start right away, Today I filled my tank and my car started right up with no problems. Excellant service, and always an excellant experince. Thank you instant car fix for providing such a great service.
My experience has been OUTSTANDING. Our BMW X3 needed a battery replacement. The Instant Car Fix mechanic came to our home, replaced the battery on the driveway, took pictures that he did work on this, and left. The mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous.
