He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
Noah is the Man!!!!! Had an issue with grat shift being stuck in reverse. Not only did he get here very quickly but his work wa amazing. Im happy to say my car is baxk on the road and the gear shift is working properly. Noah saved the day!!!!! Very grateful and appreciative
When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!

I never felt rushed, and he made sure the issue was fully resolved before finishing. The entire process felt honest and smooth. Being able to get my car fixed at home was a huge benefit. Instant Car Fix did a great job. They had to order a part from the dealership but kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Manny came to my house on a Sunday and very quickly and efficiently fixed my headlight problem and installed a new wiper reservoir. They are not cheap but not too expensive for the services and the convenience they offer. I would definitely recommend them if like me, you can’t afford the time to locate a mechanic shop and leave your car for days to be repaired. Update: This company pretty much sucks when it . to pricing, timing, detail and response if a problem comes up after payment. Please take the time to read all of the reviews before hiring ICFix.
The tech was a nice knowledgeable guy,who taught me something I really didnt know,,other techs didnt tell me in those terms about the issue he was there to repair,,and he could have did the repair anyway,,I wouldn't have known the difference,,but instead he gave my car a diagnosis and showed me the real problem,,which was cheaper than the original problem i thought I had,I choose not to get it done at that time,cause it did take a while longer than I liked,,because by the time the tech got to my house,,I was really pressed for time for a prior engagement, but I'll get in touch with them again in the future✌🏿
