They responded promptly to my inquiry, showed up within requested time frame, were clear about pricing and quotes and fixed the issue quickly. I didn't even have to take off work, they did everything right in the parking lot and were respectful of my business. They even showed me how to easily replace fluids in my car.
Mark came out and was very professional. He was able to get my car to start despite dodge placing the part in the worst spot. Trust me I tried myself, and hired these guys to know it out. They did a great job and car sounds great.
Came out when scheduled and completed work in a timely manner. Have a classic car and the battery is under the back seat. Tried a lot of mechanics that said they could install the new battery. Excellent service! I ordered the same day service and the mechanic was at my house within a couple of hours. The mechanic was friendly and professional. Firestone used to offer curbside service on cars and I used them for years, but they stopped sending mechanics to my area. I could have been more happy with Instant Car Fix today!!!! They will be my go to curb side mechanics from now on! Fantastic job and HIGHLY recomended!!! I could not be happier. The only thing they could work on...I was told that I would be given a 30 minute "heads up" when my mechanic came to my house. I was not...I was called when the mechanic was already at my house. Not the end of the world. I was working from home so I could get him started on the work on our car. Much later in the afternoon, after the work was done on my car, I received a text that a mechanic was on his way to my location. No one every showed up...just noting for Instant Car Fix Inc that they should do a better job notifying clients of when mechanics will arrive. But the service was fantastic! I will use them again and I appreciate their services.
