I give this company 5Stars due to professionalsm. Booking was so easy. They quoted me a fair price and give me 5 percent off. Also their mobile mechanic is an expert and very good of he does. He replaced my Cadillac CTS starter in less than an hour. Others say is gonna take 3 hours. He did it less than that. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their car repaired.
Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.
Randall was professional, friendly and knows his stuff. He came out recharged my a/c and let me know of other services they offer. Everyone I have dealt with was friendly and made me feel comfrontable with using an at home mechanic service.
Sergio has been the best mechanic I've had in a long time! On time, friendly, polite , very professional and knowledgeable. Sergio changed my brakes and rotors on my Acura RDX. He explained everything he was doing, showed me tthe parts that were bad. I liked Sergio's honesty as another mechanic, fews days before told me I needed more work on my car then I obviously did need. I would highly recommend Sergio! My mechanic that took care and repaired my GMC was excellent not only was he great, he also made sure that he did not leave any mess in my garage. He replaced my upper and lower control arms and also my thermostat on my GMC Envoy. Thank instant car fix for sending me a great mechanic.
