I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection and I'm glad I did. I also added the expedited service. This isn't mandatory but I was on a short availability window. Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.

This site is great and the mechanic that came out was on time did a great job. Changing the starter on my caravan took just an hour, he worked steady and cleanly. This works great if your car breaks down in your driveway And no towing and no waiting this the best part.

This was super convenient as he came right to my address and I didn't have to worry about anything. I can’t say enough about this company especially if you have NO ONE to help you even get to a mechanic shop. I was recently in the hospital and my battery died in my car. Thank goodness I found Instant car fix because they were a life saver. Not only was the mechanic Amari not fantastic, but he even came on time. He changed my battery and was so professional while doing his job. I liked his work so much I’m having him come out next week to do my tuneup because unfortunately my spark plugs need to be changed and I am years overdue which is also why my car is still struggling to turn over. I used the Instantcarfix oil change service today. It was very convenient. Team was very professional and helpful. Oil got changed in time, where I was able to do other stuff. Saved me the wait time in the service shops which can be in hours sometimes. Super happy to find this and I will be using it for my future car services.
