I recommend InstantCarFix. Customer service is awesome. Called at 8am and they answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Hence I google around and find the Instant Car Fix Inc. it can send certified mechanic to my house. That’s perfect fit on my case. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue. 10 Minutes and Sergio had my splash shield back on! Excellent service, especially since I might have had to tow the car to a shop for a minor issue. I am very happy with the communication and the ease of booking a mechanic at my apartment!
Got into a little accident with my 2001 L IS300 the wheel studs were bent. And kept grinding on the e brake hardware. Had an instantcarfix mechanic come through to help me find the issue and fix it. Make sure you know your car model well, that way it’s easy to. Communicate with the mechanic about your issue. But everything was straightforward it is expensive but, they get the job done in a timely manner.
Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
Had a dead battery, and had a 4 hour drive the next morning. They came out to me last minute and was done in less than an hour. Great service, very friendly, would 1000%! Prices are great saved a couple hundreds!
Sergio arrived early. He was professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to receive photos of the old parts, He advised me that the next service repair should be the rotors. I will ask for him personally in the future.
Got my brakes put on by Marquis! He did a great job and showed up early! I would definitely recommend this company! I only paid $380 for front and rear brakes/Rotors to be installed! That is great compared to other companies that quoted almost $500.
