I’m so happy with my experience. The mechanic was prompt, polite, and very professional. He finished the job quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly. The whole process was easy, fast, and completely stress-free.
Had a great experience. I was notified prior to the technician arriving, he arrived on time. The diagnosis and repair were completed quickly and correctly. Would definitely use them again, highly recommend!
What I appreciated most was how professional and calm the entire visit felt. The mechanic inspected the car thoroughly and explained what was wrong without using confusing terms. He completed the repair carefully and double-checked his work before leaving. Everything was done right in my driveway, which made the experience extremely convenient. My car's AC stopped working during a heatwave. The mobile mechanic came to my office, diagnosed the issue, and had it blowing cold air again in no time. The mobile service is incredibly convenient for my busy schedule.

I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.
I admit I was hesitant at first, but i needed new brake pads and didn't feel like driving to my mechanic out of worry of making them worse. But sure enough, someone came out (sorry I didn't get the name!), fixed the pads, gave some good advice, and no other fees..all in 45 minutes! I highly recommend this service, especially if you're in a time crunch.
Mechanic came was professional, knowledgeable and able to resolve the issue. I'll recommend this as for the same fix, auto repair centers are charging more than double of what Instant Car Fix is charging .
Gret job for an out of the box, unique issue. My emergency push button break got stuck and the car was not driveable. They came out on a sunday to fix it and im so glad the issue got resolved. Reasonable price for a weekend job.
Convenient, responsive, and fair service. Hadn't used a mobile mechanic before, but getting a tow truck into my apartment building's parking garage seemed infeasible, so I gave it a try. Glad I did. Bit of a language barrier with the particular mechanic I got, but he was very friendly and patient, so we worked through it without issue.
