I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!
Usually my max is 4 stars but I am impressed with the fact that all the work was done right outside my apartment. It took time but I have an Audi. Special work was needed. The mechanic got it done. I took a chance on a shop that I was unfamiliar with. I love my car and I won’t allow just anyone to fix it. I will recommend them whenever I am able. Thanks.
Greg the mechanic did an excellent job . He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Greg also recommended that i get new windshield wipers!! I needed a serpentine belt and tensioner replaced. Other shops quoted me at $900 and 2 hours, but Instant Car Fix charge $600 and did it in 30 minutes. Work was good, and the mechanic was very friendly. Car's driving smooth as butter 😎
Knowledge, helpful and not after you your money. I miss the call the first time and they still tried to work around my time to get a mechanic out. Yes it can have some wait time but that has to do with the nature of the job. Its convent, about 40 percent cheaper than the dealer offered and nothing they do is out of sight. Very transparent and timely work. I would recommend.
My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! Hence, I was calling my friends and mechanic for help. They all said that the hybrid electric system different from traditional combustion engine car. They have no knowledge on new model hybrids car battery system. Recommend me to bring back to the dealer. The problem is my car cannot move. Hence I google around and find the Instant Car Fix Inc. it can send certified mechanic to my house. That’s perfect fit on my case. I call them immediately, originally I was hesitating, but better than call the toll truck to toll my car back to the dealer. The company quickly send a very professional experienced mechanic to my house within 5 min. The mechanic so professional and very patiently to listern your descriptions of your car problem before starting the diagnosis your car issue.
