I give this company 5Stars due to professionalsm. Booking was so easy. They quoted me a fair price and give me 5 percent off. Also their mobile mechanic is an expert and very good of he does. He replaced my Cadillac CTS starter in less than an hour. Others say is gonna take 3 hours. He did it less than that. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their car repaired.
Great customer service. Have no complaints. Received a Check Engine Diagnosis and wish I would’ve called them sooner. It would have saved me time and money. The owner and mechanic was well knowledgeable and provided the excellent customer service.
My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.

I used the Instantcarfix oil change service today. It was very convenient. Team was very professional and helpful. Oil got changed in time, where I was able to do other stuff. Saved me the wait time in the service shops which can be in hours sometimes. Super happy to find this and I will be using it for my future car services. Awesome service! After visiting 2 shops who were overcharging and adding unnecessary items to my quote, I called a mechanic for my brakes that were urgently needed. He had me buy the parts because he was "on his way". He was a no show and I had already spent the money. I wished "Mobile Mechanics" were a thing so I didn't have to return them and go to a shop. I googled Moble Mechanics and found Instant Car Fix! Not only do they come to you but they give you the option of supplying the parts! It sounded to good to be true. I went through the process, got a quote, chose a timeframe and entered payment details (a hold is placed to ensure you have the funds before service is provided), booked the service and prayed they could get the work done before I had to get the kids from school. The mechanic arrived within the quoted window frame and already had my tires off by the time I came out to give him the parts/keys. It took about 30 minutes total! Instant Car communicated when the mechanic was on his way, arrived and needed me outside via text message. It was very convenient, affordable and quick. Damien (sp?) the mechanic was very professional and courteous. He even discussed other concerns I will need addressed soon. We recently lost our mechanic we have had for 15 years because he moved down south. The rates Instant Car charged were about the same as my prior mechanics :) This service was a life saver! Highly recommended! They will be my go place for regular maintenance. Thank you!
