The gentleman that worked on getting me a mechanic was very nice, efficient and communicated well. He kept me informed as as to when the mechanic was coming. Then when he would be arriving. I live out of state and called Instant Car Fox to do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at buying. The scheduling online was so easy and they sent a mechanic out within the hour, who texted me updates throughout the inspection and called me after to discuss and answer my questions. Very professional, fast, service!
Gary was very responsive to my emails and set the schedule up quickly. Tom, the mechanic was free a day earlier and came on out. He was able to pinpoint the battery drain and fix the problem within the two to three hours we discussed. Overall, it was a really good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a mobile mechanic.
Instant Car Fix is one of the most convenient services I’ve ever used. I booked online, got an immediate confirmation, and the mechanic arrived on the exact time I selected. He worked quickly but carefully and made sure to double-check everything before leaving. It honestly felt like having a personal mechanic. My hybride car battery was dead after back from the two weeks vacation. Originally I was help by my neighbor’s car to jump start my car. I saw my info center screen flashing couple times eventually turn blank and the battery stop charging and looks dead. I was completely lost what’s going on and worried other potential issues…! I heard about this place through a friend of mine. When I looked into them I seen the raving reviews looked at the pricing the fact that they come to you made it easier as my brake pads were bad so I didn't want to drive it anywhere to cause more damage. Long story short Steve got here on a Sunday morning around 10:40 am and he was done with my brake pads by 12:00 pm the guy was here in a timely manner, he was very cool respectful and very knowledgeable . He even had me test drive it to make sure the brakes were good before he left . I will be using them for all my car repairs best thing since sliced bread.
