I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.

Sergio arrived early. He was professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised to receive photos of the old parts, He advised me that the next service repair should be the rotors. I will ask for him personally in the future.

Instant Car Fix made everything so easy. The mechanic arrived on time, took a careful look at the problem, and explained everything clearly. He worked steadily and made sure the repair was done correctly. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Having my car fixed right at home saved me a lot of time. I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!

Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service

The mechanic messaged in advance and showed up exactly when he said. Got right to work (brake job), when finished we went for a test drive. All good. Loved having the service done at my home. Very convenient. Thanks!

Very easy to submit a repair request. Like the wide list of repairs that you can get done while sitting at home. Reasonably priced too. So far the mechanics I came across , from InstantCarFix, are found to be very experienced and courteous. I have been using InstantCarFix for the past two years. I also noticed that the job is done timely too, without extended delays

Got my brakes put on by Marquis! He did a great job and showed up early! I would definitely recommend this company! I only paid $380 for front and rear brakes/Rotors to be installed! That is great compared to other companies that quoted almost $500.
