Instant Car Fix delivered exceptional service. The mechanic showed up prepared, explained what needed to be done, and handled the repair efficiently. He also checked a couple of other things just to make sure everything was running smoothly. It was a completely stress-free experience. I’ll be recommending this service to everyone I know.
Back in July my car was hit and the person left, so the day I took the car to the body shop the check engine light came on. and I thought who ever hit my car might have dislodged the fuel pump. So the bodyshop gave me a code and it was the Purge value. I used Instant car fix before for an Oil change and air filter, and the mechanic did a great job and I was happy with the service, I can say the same for the job the Mechanic did on Saturday July 31st, who showed up and worked on my car. Excellant work and I drove the car and everything is working great, when I hit the gas the car regained more power and it drives smoothly before I knew the purge value had started to fail. When I had to fill my tank and go start the car it wouldn't start right away, Today I filled my tank and my car started right up with no problems. Excellant service, and always an excellant experince. Thank you instant car fix for providing such a great service.
Broke a spark plug off in my engine, trying to replace it, and not only was the service decently affordable, but I got two techs out that finished the job really quickly. Car runs great!! Super friendly service. Would absolutely recommend them!!
The mechanic, Sergio, was prompt, introduced himself, installed OEM brake pads and rotors efficiently, reported back to me on the job, and had me test drive afterward. It was a good experience, and I would employ the InstantCarFix service and Sergio again.
Instant car fix sent us out Keegan he was on time and very professional. I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. If you’re stuck and feel that you need a mechanic right away and in the Fairfax county this is for you! The mechanic that they send me was Sergio and he was really good and expert! He explained everything to me and provided the best opinion. I recommend the service and if you could ask for Sergio it’s a plus! The costumer service is the best and always communicating
They responded promptly to my inquiry, showed up within requested time frame, were clear about pricing and quotes and fixed the issue quickly. I didn't even have to take off work, they did everything right in the parking lot and were respectful of my business. They even showed me how to easily replace fluids in my car.
