The technician arrived on time, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained what needed to be done before starting. He worked patiently and didn’t rush through the repair. Once finished, he tested everything and made sure I was satisfied. The convenience of staying at home while my car was fixed really stood out. This is the type of service I would gladly rely on again

Excellent service! My 2016 GMC Terrain was losing oil and the engine was idling loud but there was no evidence of a spill on the ground. In an effort to eliminate causes, I started with a tune up and found oil in one of the spark plug wells. I needed a new valve cover gasket. I found the issue on Friday after work. I was able to book the appointment for Sunday between 11am and 3pm. The technician showed up at 12:45. Was efficient. Took pictures. Communicated well and was done in an hour. It was excellent service! I have 4 cars - 2 dispatched to my kids who are in two different colleges. I will be using this company to help maintain their cars as they live more than an hour from home.

Greg the mechanic did an excellent job . He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Greg also recommended that i get new windshield wipers!! I recommend InstantCarFix. Customer service is awesome. Called at 8am and they answered all my questions and walked me through the process. Sergio showed up in a reasonable time and was very helpful and explained in detail what he had to do. He walked me through each step. My car was as fixed by 2pm. I plan on using them again.

My car wouldn’t start, and I needed it fixed ASAP. I booked a same-day service, and within a few hours, the mechanic arrived and diagnosed a bad battery. They replaced it on the spot, and I was back on the road. Super convenient!

Great work! I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.
