Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.
Instant auto Fix made my auto repair very easy! The technician was professional, pleasant, and worked efficiently. Having my car fixed at home was incredibly convenient. Everything was completed promptly and expertly. I’ll definitely use their service again!
Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.
First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Saved My Day with an Alternator Replacement. I was stranded in a parking lot with a failing alternator. This mechanic came to my rescue and replaced it right there! They explained the process, used high-quality parts, and charged a fair price. Highly recommended!
Just book them! No hassle waiting all day(s) for your car to be fixed and notification. They explain everything to you, take pictures, answer all your questions. This is my 2nd time using them within one month and I’m completely satisfied with the work. No job has been too complicated for them so far. More specifically, shoutout to Sergio! I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!
Highly recommend! Alternator had my car dead in a parking lot an hour from home. They were able to get to us fast, the customer service was great, the mechanic was knowledgeable and professional, and they had us back on the road in no time! Car is running like it should again. 10/10

I put the car in a nice quiet place and they saved me. I was able to meet my deadline and get back on the road for my next appointment in Pennsylvania that night. Instant Car Fix was very professional and recommend them in a pinch. ++ !
