I live out of state and called Instant Car Fox to do a pre purchase inspection on a car I was looking at buying. The scheduling online was so easy and they sent a mechanic out within the hour, who texted me updates throughout the inspection and called me after to discuss and answer my questions. Very professional, fast, service!

Eric arrived on time and was very professional. The installation was more of an effort that he thought it would be due the design of my vehicle. He remained calm and courteous and did not give up. I strongly recommend this company as they provide superior mechanics.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The mechanic was right on time, brought all the tools he needed, and fixed my car without any hassle. He was very clear when explaining what had gone wrong and made sure I understood what he was doing. Fantastic experience overall.

I cannot recommend this place enough! Especially as a female! Not only was I treated with respect, the mechanic spent time with me to explain things! He went, what I would consider, above and beyond!!! I would use this guy as my mechanic for the rest of my life! First time using this service and it worked out great. The only issue I had was the time scheduled. Scheduled for 11 to 3 pm and mechanic showed up at 530pm. He was a bit behind schedule and I was getting a bit nervous, but once he arrived, he knocked out the job super quick and I'm back on the road again. Would use again if I need to. Thank you for the service.

Instant Car Fix delivered exactly what I was hoping for. The mechanic arrived on time, worked calmly, and explained everything clearly. He took care of the issue without rushing and made sure the car was running smoothly before leaving. Not having to go to a repair shop made a big difference for me. The whole experience felt reliable and well handled.

Tyler was great. He was professional, polite, and personable. He worked carefully and efficiently and made extra effort to make sure that everything was correct and that I was happy. Five stars all the way!

I admit I was hesitant at first, but i needed new brake pads and didn't feel like driving to my mechanic out of worry of making them worse. But sure enough, someone came out (sorry I didn't get the name!), fixed the pads, gave some good advice, and no other fees..all in 45 minutes! I highly recommend this service, especially if you're in a time crunch.

Excellent service! I ordered the same day service and the mechanic was at my house within a couple of hours. The mechanic was friendly and professional. Firestone used to offer curbside service on cars and I used them for years, but they stopped sending mechanics to my area. I could have been more happy with Instant Car Fix today!!!! They will be my go to curb side mechanics from now on! Fantastic job and HIGHLY recomended!!! I could not be happier. The only thing they could work on...I was told that I would be given a 30 minute "heads up" when my mechanic came to my house. I was not...I was called when the mechanic was already at my house. Not the end of the world. I was working from home so I could get him started on the work on our car. Much later in the afternoon, after the work was done on my car, I received a text that a mechanic was on his way to my location. No one every showed up...just noting for Instant Car Fix Inc that they should do a better job notifying clients of when mechanics will arrive. But the service was fantastic! I will use them again and I appreciate their services.
