I give this company 5Stars due to professionalsm. Booking was so easy. They quoted me a fair price and give me 5 percent off. Also their mobile mechanic is an expert and very good of he does. He replaced my Cadillac CTS starter in less than an hour. Others say is gonna take 3 hours. He did it less than that. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their car repaired.

I had a really positive experience with Instant Car Fix. The mechanic arrived right on time and took a careful look at my car before doing anything. He explained the issue clearly and answered all my questions without rushing. The repair was done neatly and professionally, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Having the service done at home saved me so much time. This kind of convenience and care really stands out.

Arrived slightly outside the service window but did an excellent job with the service and got my car up and running again. The Mechanic also gave recommendation on how to fix unrelated issue that he noticed that I could fix myself easily.

So my alternator died on my way home from work Saturday night. I set up an appointment with Instant Car Fix at 11pm. The mechanic showed up Sunday afternoon and repaired my truck with no issues. On time service and professionalism.

The mechanic explained everything he was doing and gave me some helpful hints for things I could do myself. It was so much nicer than having to make an appointment, drive to a repair shop and then wait until they could get to my car. I’m a very happy customer.

I’d give it a 4.5. The mechanic Manny gets a 5 star. He did an awesome job, quick, respectful, and easy guy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted to do with the parts I purchased. The company themselves are a 4.5 only because they sent manny 2.5 hours away from his appointments and the time slots for availability weren’t in the window. So manny got here after 1 hour after the window I chose. When he told me what happened it sounded right because the company themselves said they only know he was on the way and everything is automated. Regardless, I’d use them again.
