My technician, Sergio, arrived right on time and I got a heads-up email when the ETA was a little over half an hour, as promised in the confirmation email I got when setting up the service call the day before. Sergio and his helper were fast, friendly, and professional, and the invoice I received by email shortly after the work was completed thoroughly documented the work, including photos of readings and measurements showing the expected results. And the expense was pretty reasonable, well worth it given this level of service. Would definitely use these folks again.

The technician arrived on time with replacement parts of good quality and irrespective of that day being a scorching hot summer day, the technician patiently replaced the faulty alternator and fixed my car. So far the mechanics I came across , from InstantCarFix, are found to be very experienced and courteous. I have been using InstantCarFix for the past two years. I also noticed that the job is done timely too, without extended delays
The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
