He explained and presented the issues he found which assured me that the problem that I suspected was the actual issue which kept me informed. He explaned the process and then fixed the problem. I was not aware of the ability to have a trained professional mechanic come to our home to repair the brakes on our car. I found InstantCarFix from a Google search and was surprised when they provided a quote that was at least $150.00 less than a local auto repair shop. InstantCarFix arrived in the time they quoted and got right to work replacing the front brakes on my 2011 Toyota Camry. The technician saved me at least $200 by letting me know I did not need to replace some parts at this time. When finished all the squeaks and groans I was having were gone and the brakes were like new.

Quick and easy experience. Loved that I didn’t have to leave my home. Scheduled late on a Wednesday for the next day. Had to wait for the parts to be delivered so my service was delayed a few hours (my fault for scheduling so late) but the company had great communication and updated me with an eta. Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot.
