Instant Car Fix made everything so easy. The mechanic arrived on time, took a careful look at the problem, and explained everything clearly. He worked steadily and made sure the repair was done correctly. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Having my car fixed right at home saved me a lot of time. Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.
Randall was professional, friendly and knows his stuff. He came out recharged my a/c and let me know of other services they offer. Everyone I have dealt with was friendly and made me feel comfrontable with using an at home mechanic service.
Our high school senior has quite a commute each day. He needed front brake pads and rotors. I called on a Friday night and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Everything was thoroughly explained to us.Alberto was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company. I know we will definitely contact them in the future.
Very friendly with excellent communication skills!! They got back to me almost right away with a quote and I was able to schedule the repair for the following morning, which was very helpful for someone like me who depends on their truck for work. Will definitely use them again!!
Awesome service! The tech came 20 minutes early, yep, early! I hit up Hyundai to service my vehicle and they were booked a month out, Instant Car Fix sent a trained tech over the next day. To my house. Fixed my AC. Super friendly and no BS, no hidden fees and no overcharging.
Great work! I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.
Instant car fix sent us out Keegan he was on time and very professional. I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. I would recommend Instant car fix again and again great service and true customer service and care by Keegan. Thank you 😊
I needed my alternator and serpentine drive belt replaced. The mechanic showed up on time, was polite, and got the job done! The pricing was reasonable and my car was fixed in my driveway. Will absolutely go back to this company for my next car repair :)
