I recently took my car to Instant Car fix for some maintenance work, and I must say, I'm thoroughly impressed. Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.
This service is perfect for busy people. I didn’t have to take time off work or sit in a waiting room. The mechanic came right to my house, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it without any issues. This service made car repair much less intimidating. The technician arrived prepared and took the time to answer my questions before starting the repair. He worked steadily and made sure the problem was fully resolved. I liked that there was no pressure and no unnecessary extras. The whole process felt transparent and easy. Having this level of service at home was a big relief.
The mechanic, Sergio, was prompt, introduced himself, installed OEM brake pads and rotors efficiently, reported back to me on the job, and had me test drive afterward. It was a good experience, and I would employ the InstantCarFix service and Sergio again.
Just got an oil change done - amazing experience- didn’t have to go anywhere , watched the guy put in full 5 quarts of branded synthetic oil in front of my eyes. Signup and appointment setup was fluid too.
Needed some work done on my car and didn't have the time to get it to the shop because of my work schedule. This was very convenient and they did a great job. No complaints. The Mechanic, Bruce, was great and was very efficient.
