Very easy to submit a repair request. Like the wide list of repairs that you can get done while sitting at home. Reasonably priced too. So far the mechanics I came across , from InstantCarFix, are found to be very experienced and courteous. I have been using InstantCarFix for the past two years. I also noticed that the job is done timely too, without extended delays

He worked steadily and made sure the repair was done correctly. I appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. Having my car fixed right at home saved me a lot of time. I had an incredibly positive experience with Instant Car Fix (ICF) and am highly pleased with the overall service they provided. Good vibes surfaced during my initial contact with the company. The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. I had rotors and brake pads change. My brakes started squeaking. The clip was put in wrong and started cutting into my rotors. I paid them to have a diagnosis. The guy showed the clip was not flush to the caliper. Pictures were taken. Showed not fault they did not want to replace my rotor. They are garbage
Had a great experience. I was notified prior to the technician arriving, he arrived on time. The diagnosis and repair were completed quickly and correctly. Would definitely use them again, highly recommend!
I've dealt with a lot of mechanics, auto repair shops and dealerships. This was the best auto repair experience I've had to date. They responded to my Yelp request timely. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. I will definitely use them again and have already referred a customer to them today. Excellent service.
I don't even know where to start! We were 6 hours away from home at an AirBnB in Nokesville VA. It was 3/31, on Easter Sunday, and our starter went out. My first quote was RIDUCULOUS! I contacted Instant Car Fix and their quote was ALMOST HALF! I sent the company a video and they automatically knew that the starter was the problem. Walter arrived before the expected time and was able to fix our 2008 Nissan Titan within 4 hours (the first stater that was bought was bad, and he had to get another, which wasn't his fault.) Our truck was fixed and we were on the road home. Walter was so very nice and knowledgeable. I can't thank the whole crew at Instant Car Fix enough for getting us back on the road to home in Tennessee. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs!
ive seen some bad reviews but my mechanic came on time and did the job that I needed .. my personal experience was 10/10... ..it seems like they contract local mechanics and send them to do the job but again 10/10 for my experience today I will recommend
I highly recommended everyone go with instant car fix. price are cheap and liable good things is that all things done front of your eye. Staff are so nice and knowledgeable .they do my work on time even-my appointment november 5 saturday but they email me and coordinate with me and fix my transmission 4 november friday it would be very appreciate 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍Thanx instant car fix team
