He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. It was absolutely fantastic technician (Alex) was very informative and professional while speaking to my wife and myself on the repair that was being done.
