I scheduled brake service after my dealer said I would need to do it. I assumed that the rear brakes are what required service. When the technician came he checked the brakes and told me the rear brakes were as good as new. They serviced the front brakes on another appointment. I was very impressed by the honesty and efficiency, with no attempt to up-sell unnecesary work. All at very reasonable rates, especially compared to the dealership. Will definitely use them again.

I absolutely loved them they came and took their time on my vehicle.. the mechanic even ran the code on my car twice just so he know it was fixed I didn’t have to worry about anything I bought my own parts and he was ready to work soon as he pulled up.. Wayne Jackson provided top notch professional work and is a good mechanic! He reassembled engine and also reinstalled the timing chain to Ford Mustang GT Manual Drive and did NOT WASTE TIME! He didn’t rush either and answered my questions with exact direct answers which provided me more confidence in this process! Replaced brake pads and rotors on my 2013 Chevy Equinox. I am traveling to attend a wedding in Virginia and drove from Chicago. Having car problem in Northern Virginia where I don’t know anyone. RJ was very friendly and helped me fix my car promptly with very reasonable price. Mechanic came to my hotel and changed the brake pads and rotors on my rear wheels. My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
