This five star review is for the mechanic, Justin, who came out to fix my truck and an additional car. He was really amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.

Instant Car Fix provided a very professional experience. The mechanic arrived on schedule and did a careful inspection before starting any work. He explained the issue clearly and handled the repair with attention to detail. I appreciated that he tested everything thoroughly afterward. Being able to get this done at home saved me time and effort.

The mechanic that was sent was amazing! Not only was my daughter and I relieved to see a female mechanic, she showed me and clearly explained everything! If they send you Brooke, you're in great hands! Company themselves are affordable and quick.

The tech was a nice knowledgeable guy,who taught me something I really didnt know,,other techs didnt tell me in those terms about the issue he was there to repair,,and he could have did the repair anyway,,I wouldn't have known the difference,,but instead he gave my car a diagnosis and showed me the real problem,,which was cheaper than the original problem i thought I had,I choose not to get it done at that time,cause it did take a while longer than I liked,,because by the time the tech got to my house,,I was really pressed for time for a prior engagement, but I'll get in touch with them again in the future✌🏿

Just book them! No hassle waiting all day(s) for your car to be fixed and notification. They explain everything to you, take pictures, answer all your questions. This is my 2nd time using them within one month and I’m completely satisfied with the work. No job has been too complicated for them so far. More specifically, shoutout to Sergio! I absolutely loved them they came and took their time on my vehicle.. the mechanic even ran the code on my car twice just so he know it was fixed I didn’t have to worry about anything I bought my own parts and he was ready to work soon as he pulled up.. I felt comfortable( not to mention the comments from others on here was a little scary) but they was very understanding and ready to get the job DONE

Great experience with Instant Car Fix office and Mechanic. Mechanic was very thorough and explained in details the work he will be performing, he did a great job for 40k service on my car. Dealer quality service in my own driveway for less than dealership cost.
