The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.
This site is great and the mechanic that came out was on time did a great job. Changing the starter on my caravan took just an hour, he worked steady and cleanly. This works great if your car breaks down in your driveway And no towing and no waiting this the best part.

He didn’t rush through the work and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. The whole process felt convenient and professional. I heard about this place through a friend of mine. When I looked into them I seen the raving reviews looked at the pricing the fact that they come to you made it easier as my brake pads were bad so I didn't want to drive it anywhere to cause more damage. Long story short Steve got here on a Sunday morning around 10:40 am and he was done with my brake pads by 12:00 pm the guy was here in a timely manner, he was very cool respectful and very knowledgeable . He even had me test drive it to make sure the brakes were good before he left . I will be using them for all my car repairs best thing since sliced bread.
I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection and I'm glad I did. I also added the expedited service. This isn't mandatory but I was on a short availability window. Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.
