Had a minor glitch when technican didn’t show up for first appointment, turns out he was in car accident. Another tech showed up on time next day and did excellent job and found more problems. Scheduled appt for next day and fixed issues. Explained issues both days, courteous and prompt. Very reasonably priced, will use them again for sure

I had an incredibly positive experience with Instant Car Fix (ICF) and am highly pleased with the overall service they provided. Good vibes surfaced during my initial contact with the company. The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. RJ was very responsive and professional. Kareem was very efficient, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He has a lot of experience working with European cars. Will consider using them for future needs.
Ramon was so outstanding he made sure I was aware of the spark plugs and coil procedures and was very clean and also spoke Spanish and English made sure he cleaned up the work area and was neat wiping the area where he worked. Overall I would recommend his services to anyone. Excellent service
Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix. Their pricing was excellent, they showed up on time, and were friendly and knowledgeable.
This is the first time using this company. I couldn’t believe the fast response to any questions and emails that I had. This is rare now days. The price is affordable and service great! I have found my new mechanics and don’t have to leave home.
Highly recommend! Alternator had my car dead in a parking lot an hour from home. They were able to get to us fast, the customer service was great, the mechanic was knowledgeable and professional, and they had us back on the road in no time! Car is running like it should again. 10/10
