My experience with Instant Car Fix was great! I have no complaints. The technician was on time, courteous, diligent and thorough and explained what he was doing. I saved the expense of towing and I thought the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Instant Car Fix.

The Mechanic Kalem they sent was very knowledgeable and fast. Upon arrival he checked to confirm that it was indeed an alternator replacement that was needed. Had it switched out in no time. Even checked my fluids and helped me get battery jumped off before leaving. I paid same amount I would had taking it to shop minus tow fees and only 25 extra going to get alternator myself. Well worth it. Will definitely use services again if needed.

The tech who came out to my home to diagnose the problem with my Dodge Roadtrek RV was amazing. I had this 19 foot behemoth on the lawn where the gas co. needed access, and I could not get it to move. I hesitated to tow it, so found "Instant Car Fix" to come to my home. I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was. Definitely putting "Instant Car Fix" in my phone for the future, and YES, I would !00% recommend!!

Came out when scheduled and completed work in a timely manner. Have a classic car and the battery is under the back seat. Tried a lot of mechanics that said they could install the new battery. Great work! I'm not able to leave my home during the day due to working from home...so I needed a mechanic who can come to me...The mechanic they sent was fantastic (his name was Steven)...he drove in from Pennsylvania on short notice to make sure my brake pads were fixed before I left on my trip. I am very happy with the responsiveness, but also the quality of the Steven.
