This service is very convenient and fairly priced, they won't rip you off like a dealership. I had a number of things replaced in the car that I thought was only possible at an auto shop but the mechanic was able to fix the car up on my driveway. The car was shaking, there was a loud noise and all of that is fixed now. Dealing with them is also a good experience as they are very responsive.
Eric arrived on time and was very professional. The installation was more of an effort that he thought it would be due the design of my vehicle. He remained calm and courteous and did not give up. I strongly recommend this company as they provide superior mechanics.
The Mechanic Matt that came to do our car was excellent. He deserves a 5 star rating he was professional, time efficient, knowledgeable and an expert mechanic. I will tell my friends about Instant Car Fix and about Matt the Mechanic.

Instant Car Fix delivered great service. The mechanic checked my car carefully, explained the issue without confusing me, and fixed everything right at my house. He double-checked his work and made sure everything was running smoothly before leaving. The whole process was simple, clear, and stress-free. I appreciate how professional and honest the service felt. A solid 5 stars.
Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
Great customer service. Have no complaints. Received a Check Engine Diagnosis and wish I would’ve called them sooner. It would have saved me time and money. The owner and mechanic was well knowledgeable and provided the excellent customer service.

The communications between us: email and sms, was fantastic and equally important :L the service was On time, on budget and super quality!

He was patient, communicative, and made the whole process smooth. The mechanic showed up on time, did a full inspection, test drive, sent pictures, and gave me the honest breakdown I needed.
