Sergio was punctual, polite, and obviously experienced. He showed me the new parts to make sure it was what I ordered, and he showed me his tools and diagnostic equipment to assure me he was fully prepared for whatever was needed for my job. He went right to work and was very organized and fast. He showed me the old parts and allowed me to test drive it before he left. If I ever need another mobile service, I will be requesting Sergio!
The Mechanic Matt that came to do our car was excellent. He deserves a 5 star rating he was professional, time efficient, knowledgeable and an expert mechanic. I will tell my friends about Instant Car Fix and about Matt the Mechanic.
What I appreciated most was how professional and calm the entire visit felt. The mechanic inspected the car thoroughly and explained what was wrong without using confusing terms. He completed the repair carefully and double-checked his work before leaving. Everything was done right in my driveway, which made the experience extremely convenient. It felt honest, efficient, and well organized from start to finish.
I had an incredibly positive experience with Instant Car Fix (ICF) and am highly pleased with the overall service they provided. Good vibes surfaced during my initial contact with the company. The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. What a great find! My brakes went bad on vacation in Maryland and I was so happy to find Instant Car Fix. They came over the next morning, as promised, and fixed the problem in under an hour. Thank you!!
I am beyond impressed with this service! My back passenger door was a bit warped and had some nasty scratches after hitting up against a parking garage barrier. Other body shops I contacted told me I'd need a $2,000 door replacement and 5-7 days in the shop - Instant Car Fix offered to help at my place of residence for a fraction of the cost! Jake, Tony and team kept me updated about their progress via text and arrived prepared with all supplies needed. They were very friendly and humble. After about 2 hours, the car looked like nothing had even happened - even more impressive, they did all the work while it remained parked between 2 other cars at my apartment complex! I will definitely consider using their services again- though hopefully not for another accident :) They told me they also do routine maintenance so will keep their card on file!
I would recommend this business 100%!! They came to my home and fixed several body work problems. I didn’t have to go to a body shop, wait day and have to rent a car. These guys are definitely the way to go!!!!
