Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. If you’re stuck and feel that you need a mechanic right away and in the Fairfax county this is for you! The mechanic that they send me was Sergio and he was really good and expert! He explained everything to me and provided the best opinion. I recommend the service and if you could ask for Sergio it’s a plus! The costumer service is the best and always communicating

The mechanic James was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problems and how it would be fixed. He made sure to get the proper part we needed and was able to get it fixed quickly. He ran the engine to insure it was fully fixed and that there were no additional problems.
John Sharp worked so tirelessly on a rather difficult job of installing a new fuel pump on my 2005 mustang and did not give up till the job was complete. I so appreciated the professionalism and prompt next day service also.

This was fantastic! I googled for somewhere to get new brakes and rotors and when I first heard about the mobile autoshop, I was hesitant. But the guy came and fixed it and honestly, I'm really not going to go back waiting hours in an autoshop. 5 stars.
