I highly recommend this service. T.J., our mechanic was on time, courteous, prepared, and knew exactly what to do. This was actually so much better than going to a repair shop because you can be right there and get your questions answered. The only time I am allowed in the shop is when they bring you back to show you what they pulled, and you have to take their word that it was bad and that all the repairs were necessary. I will use this service again!
I’m very satisfied with the quality of service provided. The mechanic was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and completed the repair with care. Everything was handled smoothly, and the convenience of at-home service was a huge plus. This kind of experience makes car repairs far less stressful.
This is probably the most honest shop I ever came to in my lifetime. The mechanic check car out and job was 1200 dollar job the mechanic realized that job that was needed was on recall for my car at the dealership so instead of doing job taking my money he guided me to exact shop to get job done for free. This is a well trusted integrity carshop

The communications between us: email and sms, was fantastic and equally important :L the service was On time, on budget and super quality!
I scheduled brake service after my dealer said I would need to do it. I assumed that the rear brakes are what required service. When the technician came he checked the brakes and told me the rear brakes were as good as new. They serviced the front brakes on another appointment. I was very impressed by the honesty and efficiency, with no attempt to up-sell unnecesary work. All at very reasonable rates, especially compared to the dealership. Will definitely use them again.
We just used Instant Car Fix for the first time & couldn’t be happier. Cedric was our mechanic & was polite, professional & did a fantastic job replacing brake pads on my Kia. Will for sure be using again in the future! Thank you Cedric!!
Sergio was punctual, polite, and obviously experienced. He showed me the new parts to make sure it was what I ordered, and he showed me his tools and diagnostic equipment to assure me he was fully prepared for whatever was needed for my job. He went right to work and was very organized and fast. He showed me the old parts and allowed me to test drive it before he left. If I ever need another mobile service, I will be requesting Sergio!
Customer service exceeded my expectations. If there was an option to request a mechanic, I definitely would recommend Sergio to anyone who ask! Quickly diagnosed my vehicle while informing me on any issue that came up. I am truly satisfied with my service
Usually my max is 4 stars but I am impressed with the fact that all the work was done right outside my apartment. It took time but I have an Audi. Special work was needed. The mechanic got it done. I took a chance on a shop that I was unfamiliar with. I love my car and I won’t allow just anyone to fix it. I will recommend them whenever I am able. Thanks.
