The mechanic who came out was amazing and was there within an hour. I was across the street using the restroom and grabbing some to eat for my daughters when he called and said he had arrived. The tech who came out to my home to diagnose the problem with my Dodge Roadtrek RV was amazing. I had this 19 foot behemoth on the lawn where the gas co. needed access, and I could not get it to move. I hesitated to tow it, so found "Instant Car Fix" to come to my home. I wish I could recall the tech's name (it was 03/29/24), because he was such a delight to have working on the van. He diagnosed the problem and made me feel completely comfortable that he knew exactly what the issue was. Definitely putting "Instant Car Fix" in my phone for the future, and YES, I would !00% recommend!!
I was super skeptical about this at first as it seemed a bit too good to be true - as in, I don’t have to deal with the headache of dropping my car to the garage, wait for hours and not know when the car will be ready? Turns out, using Instant Car Fix really was pain free. Pricing was clear upfront, the mechanic came on time and all occurred while I was at home. Highly recommended and will definitely use again
Pre purchase inspection: The Mechanic was on time, quick and very informative. The customer service rep found me a mechanic last minute and he prevented me from making a bad expensive purchase. Would use again
Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. So convenient! Thanks so much!
