This was my first time using Instacart and it was wonderful. The mechanic was amazing. It didn’t even take him long. He told me step-by-step what he was gonna do to fix my truck and he did it. Well I believe his name was Jose. He was very polite and I will definitely be using you all again Thank you so much.

Had the most amazing experience this morning, one that I could only wish everyone could experience when working with an auto repair shop. The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. These guys are amazing I booked an appointment with them for a different date, but they texted me saying we have the parts and can come over the same day in the evening and can do the service. They are that fast and reliable service I ever seen. The mechanic who came over for the service is real good, I feel bad about not have the space he need to do the service as I don’t have the drive way so need to park in parking spaces which I have. But the mechanic took the challenge and did it anyway, sorry guys.

The overall process (from putting an order online to getting everything fixed) is very easy and customer friendly.
