Had the most amazing experience this morning, one that I could only wish everyone could experience when working with an auto repair shop. The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. This place is great and has won me over as a new customer. Thank you for creating such an amazing environment for your customers
It was easy to schedule online, picking a time that fit my schedule best. Pricing was straight forward, no hidden costs in my situation. Communication from tech started the morning of my appointment just to confirm the task. Tech arrived right on time. Dustin was my tech and he was very respectful and communicated everything in a way I could understand. Certainly will use in the future.
This five star review is for the mechanic, Justin, who came out to fix my truck and an additional car. He was really amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.
Instant Car Fixed crew is extremely nice and professional. I needed to get a tune up and oil change on my van, and it's running so well afterwards. I can tell they are honest mechanics and are very professional. Extremely fair pricing as well, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary work. Will be calling them every time for my vans needs! Instant Car Fix did a great job all around. Quick and easy communication to set up an appointment. The mechanic finished the job right on schedule with no issues. Great experience at a fair price. I highly recommend.
I am so happy with the services I've gotten from Instant Car Fix! I wish I found them sooner! They have changed an ignition switch for me as well as come out to a dealership for a pre - purchase inspection, and even worked with the time I needed and they go above and beyond with their customers! Gary is absolutely the best also! I highly recommend them! Thank you for the quick and painless service and great customer service!
I was kinda of nervous initially with a mobile mechanic, however all my worries became non existent. The entire process is seamless , from the service reps who follow up with you after scheduling online to mechanic arriving to your location. The fact that any work can be done from your home is a plus . My truck was stalling while idling , I replaced the part that was causing the issue , I explained to the mechanic once he arrived that I recently replaced the throttle body . During the diagnosis he programmed the throttle to my truck and waited awhile ,after to ensure that was the fix to the issue. Once that was we resolved I was advised that I may need a few minor fixes in the future but overall I was good to go . I highly recommend Instant car fix and will most definitely reach out to them for any future issues. The entire process went smoother than any experience that I’ve ever had with any mechanic shop!!! A1 service .
Instant Car Fix did a great job. They had to order a part from the dealership but kept in touch with me throughout the whole process. Manny came to my house on a Sunday and very quickly and efficiently fixed my headlight problem and installed a new wiper reservoir. They are not cheap but not too expensive for the services and the convenience they offer. I would definitely recommend them if like me, you can’t afford the time to locate a mechanic shop and leave your car for days to be repaired. Update: This company pretty much sucks when it . to pricing, timing, detail and response if a problem comes up after payment. Please take the time to read all of the reviews before hiring ICFix.
Had my vehicle start to overheat big-time while driving to the airport for a short trip recently. Was able to get into a parking garage but had check engine light on and smoke coming from under the hood.. Took careful note of parking location, used a CE light reader to get at least a starting point for the mechanic, left the hood unlatched, and contacted InstantCarFix the next day. ICF completed both a diagnostic visit and a repair visit to my car while I was away so I came back to a working vehicle. Cannot say enough about this service!!!
