My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

There is no doubt about the advantages of sitting at home and getting your car serviced. No need of begging for loaners and thinking about precise time when you need to drive to the repair shop to not conflict with meetings. The technician was really professional explained all my questions and even found out a axle problem that i would not have not until disaster would have struck. Both Gaurav and Rajeev (owners) are amazing people to talk to and have a wealth of information about servicing diff kinds of cars/suvs. Lastly prices are very very reasonable and booking can be done online completely. They have a very seamless web page and you can also look at the history of all servicing done. Highly recommended !

After hearing a strange noise from my brakes, I contacted a mobile mechanic. He arrived at my home, inspected the brakes, and replaced the worn-out pads efficiently. Now, my car drives smoothly, and I didn't have to spend hours at a shop.

I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.

I was pleasantly surprised by the how easy they made the process my car needed q new starter and they came out that day diagnosed the problem and even try to fix it that very day instead the next morning they were waiting to fix it as soon as I got up my car is running I didn't have to pay for a tow and both mechanics I met were very nice they always stayed in touch with me as I was waiting even the girls so far as to respond well into the night promptly I would most definitely recommend trying them out it cost the same if not less than taking it somewhere and the results are even better

I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and absolutely clueless. I called Instant Car Fix and they were literally there in minutes! The mechanic was super friendly, had my spare on in a flash, and even checked the other tires. He was professional, quick, and incredibly helpful. I seriously thought I was going to be stuck for hours, but they saved the day! Highly recommend!

My LR3 overheated and I ruined a lot of parts (thermostat housing, radiator, etc!) These guys came to my home and fixed it. They were very professional and forthcoming with information. It’s a pretty straightforward process and the mechanic knows his stuff. I would not hesitate to use them again. I also got a belt replaced that I needed to do anyways. 10 out of 10. I love my SUV and they got to it right away and kept in touch throughout the process of waiting for parts and etc.

I've dealt with a lot of mechanics, auto repair shops and dealerships. This was the best auto repair experience I've had to date. They responded to my Yelp request timely. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. I will definitely use them again and have already referred a customer to them today. Excellent service.
