I've dealt with a lot of mechanics, auto repair shops and dealerships. This was the best auto repair experience I've had to date. They responded to my Yelp request timely. They gave me a no-nonsense quote. They kept open lines of communication, which is a huge deal for me when it comes to customer service. Very happy with the mechanic instant car fix sent to my house. I could not figure out my no start issue , I called a different mobile mech service and he came twice and could not start my car and told me to tow it to the dealership. Called you guys and he had it running 1 hour after arriving and explained it to me. Great service

Calim (spelljng?) Was great. Very curious and explained the process as he worked on the car. Described different things that could be the issue and started with the minor issues first. The car cranked finally after not being able to. He advised there may be some other issues to tend to once we were ready for him to fix those we can book through instant fix again and he will work on those issues as well. Pleased with the overall services and will use instant car fix again in the future.

They sent a mechanic the same day who quickly figured out the issue and fixed it on the spot. He was professional and very respectful. I was in a bind when my car wouldn't start before an important meeting. The mobile mechanic arrived within an hour, quickly diagnosed a dead battery, and replaced it on the spot. The convenience and prompt service were lifesavers!

Gret job for an out of the box, unique issue. My emergency push button break got stuck and the car was not driveable. They came out on a sunday to fix it and im so glad the issue got resolved. Reasonable price for a weekend job.

I scheduled brake service after my dealer said I would need to do it. I assumed that the rear brakes are what required service. When the technician came he checked the brakes and told me the rear brakes were as good as new. They serviced the front brakes on another appointment. I was very impressed by the honesty and efficiency, with no attempt to up-sell unnecesary work. All at very reasonable rates, especially compared to the dealership. Will definitely use them again.
