I booked this service with less than 24 hours notice, and true to their promise, they delivered with no delay. I live in another state, so I sent them to visit a cargo van I was interested in near DC. I was told by the seller the transmission had a "kick", so I asked them to pay close attention to it. The mechanic they sent, Lee, did a full inspection and took the extra time to give me a call and walk me through his observations on the overall condition of the vehicle, including the engine and the transmission, and the work that I'll likely have to put into it. They gave me enough info to negotiate with the seller and not overpay for the van. Would use them again 100%.

Arrived slightly outside the service window but did an excellent job with the service and got my car up and running again. The Mechanic also gave recommendation on how to fix unrelated issue that he noticed that I could fix myself easily.

Requested a last minute hub assembly repair same day, came out quick and got the work done fast. Thank you guys for the amazing service! I was a little sketched from the initial reviews but I ran into no problems with this company nor mechanics that came out. Will use these guys again for future car repairs

The water pump went bad on our car, found instant car fix. Easy to schedule a repair and had it replaced on a Sunday and didn’t have to tow the vehicle or wait for the slow repair shops. I felt the pricing is more than fair for this service. You get a live quote when scheduling. I can’t say enough good things about Instant Car Fix. I booked online in just a few minutes, and the mechanic showed up right on time the next day. He was friendly and professional, and he handled the job like a true expert. I really appreciated how transparent he was about everything. My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Very painless, quick, and easy at a decent price. Mechanic was on time, friendly, and flexible and was able to quickly replace my battery in a broken down car in a private garage in less than a hour. Recommended.
