Randall was professional, friendly and knows his stuff. He came out recharged my a/c and let me know of other services they offer. Everyone I have dealt with was friendly and made me feel comfrontable with using an at home mechanic service.

I was looking for a place where I could get a maintenance done for less money and preferably mobile where they would come to me. This was the place that I chose and through a series of messages with their website assistant, I was able to get scheduled for same day service. The mechanic came, was very knowledgeable and took care of business in a hurry. What would have taken probably 2-2.5 hours at the dealership, was done in an hour by them coming to me. I recommend you giving this company a try.

Excellent service! My 2016 GMC Terrain was losing oil and the engine was idling loud but there was no evidence of a spill on the ground. In an effort to eliminate causes, I started with a tune up and found oil in one of the spark plug wells. I needed a new valve cover gasket. I found the issue on Friday after work. I was able to book the appointment for Sunday between 11am and 3pm. The technician showed up at 12:45. Was efficient. Took pictures. Communicated well and was done in an hour. It was excellent service! I have 4 cars - 2 dispatched to my kids who are in two different colleges. I will be using this company to help maintain their cars as they live more than an hour from home.

Incredible service! They came at the beginning of the time frame given. Stayed for maybe 15 minutes. Found out that we need the fuel pump replaced and let us know that there is a recall out for that part. We’re getting it fixed for free at the dealership! These guys are awesome

I am so happy with the services I've gotten from Instant Car Fix! I wish I found them sooner! They have changed an ignition switch for me as well as come out to a dealership for a pre - purchase inspection, and even worked with the time I needed and they go above and beyond with their customers! Needed a complete brake job. There were obstacles along the way, but they kept me informed. Bringing me in to the shop to show and explain everything that was happening. Instant Car Fixed worked extremely hard to get it done in one day, Finished it in a day, with a few bonuses thrown in. I appreciate that they took the time to do it right.

Arrived slightly outside the service window but did an excellent job with the service and got my car up and running again. The Mechanic also gave recommendation on how to fix unrelated issue that he noticed that I could fix myself easily.

Very good experience!! We were traveling and when our car lost an alternator we were panicking. Acting on a friends tip we reached out and Gaurav and company treated us very nicely and we were all set in 4 hours with work that would have taken 3 times as much time and perhaps twice the money.
