I had an incredibly positive experience with Instant Car Fix (ICF) and am highly pleased with the overall service they provided. Good vibes surfaced during my initial contact with the company. The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. This service is so great! The mechanic (Billy) found my truck in my confusing parking lot at work with no issues, was super nice & knowledgeable & he fixed it way faster than I expected! Definitely recommend!!!

I was, first of all, happy to find a place that does work at your house this far out of the city -- saving me days of having no car because it would be at the shop. Secondly, I was happy they allow you to get work done TODAY if you really need it, for a small added fee. Thirdly, the guy they sent, Sergio, did a great job, and explained many details. I was glad too, because this transmission needed a new filter and proper OEM fluid....I had the wrong fluid in (red/pink) and it probably was not doing this high-mileage Cherokee any good. I highly recommend these folks: Isaac who helped with the online scheduling via the phone; and Sergio, for the professional job he did. Instant Car Fix is a much-needed service for anyone in the area and the whole system is easy/quick to do online. Lastly, they do anything & everything for cars and trucks -- not just brakes, shocks & oil changes.....I highly recommend!
