The mechanic James was extremely helpful in diagnosing and explaining the problems and how it would be fixed. He made sure to get the proper part we needed and was able to get it fixed quickly. He ran the engine to insure it was fully fixed and that there were no additional problems.
My experience has been OUTSTANDING. Our BMW X3 needed a battery replacement. The Instant Car Fix mechanic came to our home, replaced the battery on the driveway, took pictures that he did work on this, and left. The mechanic was knowledgeable and courteous.

Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. Mechanic showed up on time, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to put a fuel system together when someone else had taken in apart. I recommend this company for any mobile mechanic work you might need!
I was looking for a place where I could get a maintenance done for less money and preferably mobile where they would come to me. This was the place that I chose and through a series of messages with their website assistant, I was able to get scheduled for same day service. The mechanic came, was very knowledgeable and took care of business in a hurry. What would have taken probably 2-2.5 hours at the dealership, was done in an hour by them coming to me. I recommend you giving this company a try.
