I had an incredibly positive experience with Instant Car Fix (ICF) and am highly pleased with the overall service they provided. Good vibes surfaced during my initial contact with the company. The first clue was being able to speak with a real live person who seemed genuinely interested in understanding and resolving my repair needs. Kareem, the repair technician, was extremely personable and professional. He expertly performed the repairs, patiently explained the procedures, and offered me suggestions to avoid future problems. Scheduling with the mobile mechanic was a breeze. He arrived promptly, explained the necessary repairs in simple terms, and completed the work efficiently. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism.
Driver showed up during time window…once arrived he explained the whole process and took pictures along the way. Once the job was complete he mentioned the details of the completed work and showed me the like new wheel rim. The quality was excellent and it was a fair price. I would use the service again and recommend their work to others.

Manuel came to my home which is about an hour and 20 minutes away from And still showed up late at night and got my truck running did not stop until he could figure out what the problem was and I would highly recommend him in this company for any mobile Mechanic needs Manuel went above and beyond customer service he worked on my vehicle like it was his own family. After checking the reviews, I scheduled an appointment to have my front and rear brakes replaced by Instant Car Fix service. The technician arrived around 5:30 pm and went straight to work. Around 8:00pm, he was finished, and I was out test driving the car, totally pleased with the results of the installation. I am so pleased that I am scheduling another service. Thanks
My front brakes and rotors need to be replaced so I scheduled an appointment earlier in the week. I forgot to get the mechanic's name but he was on time, very professional and fast. I will definitely be using Instant car Fix again in the future.
