The mechanic, Yung, was very knowledgeable and replaced the tie rods on my car. I live in a rural area and being able to have a trustworthy mechanic come to the house instead of having to spend the day at a repair shop is appreciated. I will use this service again.
I was told by a shop I didn’t need rotors but my brakes were stuck. I called Instant Car Fix and a mechanic showed up and explained that with stuck calipers my brakes were constantly engaged and for sure heated my rotors and there was a high probability they were warped and explained that replacing the rotors along with the bad calipers and worn brakes is the only way to go and be safe. Don’t go with backyard mechanics or a shop that tells you different. If you brakes are stuck and overheating the rotor, be safe to yourself and other drivers Replace the rotors along with the calipers and brake pads. It’s a lot cheaper to replace rotors while it’s already being serviced than it is after it’s all back together. INSTANT CAR FIX IS NOT OUT FOR MONEY. THEY ARE OUT TO KEEP YOU SAFE. No shop would have explained all that. They would have waited for you to come back and spend more money on warped rotors. These guys are honest and professional and care about the safety of the customers and other drivers. THESE GUYS ARE THE ONLY WAY TO GO. 110% SATISFIED.
I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection and I'm glad I did. I also added the expedited service. This isn't mandatory but I was on a short availability window. Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.
Just book them! No hassle waiting all day(s) for your car to be fixed and notification. They explain everything to you, take pictures, answer all your questions. This is my 2nd time using them within one month and I’m completely satisfied with the work. No job has been too complicated for them so far. More specifically, shoutout to Sergio! Service was great! There was a bit of a problem with them receiving the wrong part, but they went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will be a returning customer and would recommend to friends and family.
Called them and set up the appointment at 8:30,by 10:30 they had sent someone out to fix my tires. He was nice,polite and friendly. Even as cold as it was with feel like temps at 5°. I am highly impressed. I will definitely use them again and tell my family and friends about them. Thank you "Instant Car Fix" you are really living up to your name. Well done 👏
This was an amazing experience. I called the company and they were able to send out a technician the very next morning. Mike showed up, diagnosed, and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. He was courteous and professional. Not only that, the charge was very similar to what I would’ve paid, if not less, had it brought it into the dealership
Instant Car Fix made car repair surprisingly easy. The technician was polite, professional, and clearly experienced. He checked the problem thoroughly and explained the repair process step by step. I liked that nothing felt rushed and there was no pressure at all. The work was done cleanly and efficiently. This kind of service really saves time and removes the usual stress of car repairs.
I have never used a mobile mechanic before. Tom was amazing! He drove two hours to get to me and sat and heard my sob story and made sure I was good to go. He did a wonderful job making sure my car was ready to be on the road and that I was comfortable . He was very knowledgable and professional! I would highly recommend him!
