Great experience. Car was serviced without having to leave home, wait in the lounge; all done while I continue to live, work and do what I need to be doing. Tech was courteous and explained what was being done. Car is “back” in order. Not quite magic, but it might as well be.

These people were great to work with. Jason patiently answered my questions and booked my repair. They arrived on time and the technician was fast and efficient. Great experience all around! I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

This company was great to work with! I was able to book an appointment for the very next day at a time that was convenient for me! The mechanic was very professional and thorough! He answered my questions without talking down to me! I've had a couple bad experiences with mechanics telling me I needed work done that I didn't really need, so it was nice to deal with someone who didn't do that! Great experience today. Heard a squealing sound while driving to work this morning. Popped the hood and saw that the belt was slipping off. Forgot to call someone until 4pm came around. Thankfully they agreed to send someone out right away. Easy, fast and clear communication! Sooo grateful that they were able to send someone out to my work and fix it right in the parking lot. So convenient! Thanks so much!

The tech was a nice knowledgeable guy,who taught me something I really didnt know,,other techs didnt tell me in those terms about the issue he was there to repair,,and he could have did the repair anyway,,I wouldn't have known the difference,,but instead he gave my car a diagnosis and showed me the real problem,,which was cheaper than the original problem i thought I had,I choose not to get it done at that time,cause it did take a while longer than I liked,,because by the time the tech got to my house,,I was really pressed for time for a prior engagement, but I'll get in touch with them again in the future✌🏿

Had the most amazing experience this morning, one that I could only wish everyone could experience when working with an auto repair shop. The customer service is top notch here at Instant Car fixed and it starts when calling the place.They were able to get me in very quickly, I came here to get my brakes replaced and for an oil change. This place is great and has won me over as a new customer. Thank you for creating such an amazing environment for your customers

This was my first time ever requesting a mobile mechanic and glad I did. I normally do my own work but didn't have the time to replace the alternator. I contacted Instant Car Fix and they had a mechanic at my house less than 2 hours. The mechanic, Sergio, was thorough and quick. Before leaving, he also tested the voltage and made sure everything was working as needed. Pricing and service were both great. I would definitely hire them again.
