I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. This was my first time ever requesting a mobile mechanic and glad I did. I normally do my own work but didn't have the time to replace the alternator. I contacted Instant Car Fix and they had a mechanic at my house less than 2 hours. The mechanic, Sergio, was thorough and quick. Before leaving, he also tested the voltage and made sure everything was working as needed. Pricing and service were both great. I would definitely hire them again.
The mechanic was amazing. He arrived right on schedule, got straight to work, and completed the repair without any problems. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and left everything clean when he was done. Truly a great experience.

He demonstrated the problem and then showed me pictures and videos. He said his english wasn't that good (not a problem at all!), so he even got his boss to call me to explain everything. I was really satisfied on the professionalism, quickness, and easiness of the process. I will highly consider using this service again in the future!
