This five star review is for the mechanic, Justin, who came out to fix my truck and an additional car. He was really amazing. He was so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He completed the job quickly with no hassle. I would recomend his services to anyone. He absolutely knows what he is doing. If it wasn't for Justin, I would have given this review a one or two stars. The process of making an appointment was frustrating with a lot of hoops. The initial representative was rushed and placed the order before I could finish telling him that I had two vehicles that needed work. This led to some mix ups and they ended up trying to send two mechanics instead of just one. I even emailed screenshots of my order which had both cars listed and they still tried to send two mechanics.

I’m terrible with names so I can’t remember who it was, it I just had someone out here fixing my husbands car. He was able to confirm the battery was bad, and managed to fix it. Over the four other mechanics I tried to get a hold of, this is the only place that actually answered and took care of the issue. Will use again if one of the cars fails to start

My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.

Instant Car Fixed crew is extremely nice and professional. I needed to get a tune up and oil change on my van, and it's running so well afterwards. I can tell they are honest mechanics and are very professional. Extremely fair pricing as well, and didn't try to sell me unnecessary work. Will be calling them every time for my vans needs! I was not aware of the ability to have a trained professional mechanic come to our home to repair the brakes on our car. I found InstantCarFix from a Google search and was surprised when they provided a quote that was at least $150.00 less than a local auto repair shop. InstantCarFix arrived in the time they quoted and got right to work replacing the front brakes on my 2011 Toyota Camry. The technician saved me at least $200 by letting me know I did not need to replace some parts at this time. When finished all the squeaks and groans I was having were gone and the brakes were like new.
