I had rotors and brake pads change. My brakes started squeaking. The clip was put in wrong and started cutting into my rotors. I paid them to have a diagnosis. The guy showed the clip was not flush to the caliper. Pictures were taken. Showed not fault they did not want to replace my rotor. They are garbage

I requested a Pre-purchase Inspection and I'm glad I did. I also added the expedited service. This isn't mandatory but I was on a short availability window. Lucy called and connected me with the mechanic and Bryan followed up afterwards. The mechanic wrote a detailed report, and took pictures. I wish I would have had a PPI done on previous vehicles. For me, it's worth the investment. It's better to spend a little and find out a lot versus spending a lot later because you knew very little.

Found Instant Car Fix on a Saturday afternoon after fighting with an oil cooler replacement on my Grand Cherokee. I was shocked to see the had a mechanic available to come out the next morning so booked the appointment for Sunday morning. Mechanic arrived promptly at the designated time and got right to work after going through what I had already done to the vehicle. Needless to say he had the defective part off the car in no time. Once he had the new part reinstalled and everything else put back together we too k the vehicle for a test drive to make sure everything was operating normally. After returning he checked the fluid levels which he recommended adjusting and offered to address, as some were lost during the repair. I declined and said I would address myself. I was very happy with the communication the mechanic provided during the repair and would highly recommend Instant Car Fix.
