I am so happy with the services I've gotten from Instant Car Fix! I wish I found them sooner! They have changed an ignition switch for me as well as come out to a dealership for a pre - purchase inspection, and even worked with the time I needed and they go above and beyond with their customers! When my car wouldn't start in my garage, I scheduled an appointment with Instant Car Fix to have my battery replaced. On the day of my appointment, Rashad called me to inform me that my vehicle has a non-serviceable battery and instructed me to have my vehicle serviced at the car dealership. When I told him I couldn't get the vehicle to the dealership because the battery was dead, he told me about a battery reset button in my vehicle that would provide an auxiliary charge to the battery that would enable me to start my car. It did, and I was able to drive my vehicle to the dealership for service! Rashad then assured me that the fee I paid for a battery replacement would be fully refunded. The staff at Instant Car Fix truly deserves all of the 5-Star reviews they've received - the service they provide is outstanding!
The overall process (from putting an order online to getting everything fixed) is very easy and customer friendly. I had an issue with my car - it did not start one morning, and I had no one to ask around for help. The tech guy arrived right on time that I picked and quickly found what the problem was. Many thanks to Taylor. It was handled very professionally. Within 2 hours the whole thing was fixed. I will definitely ask for the same tech guy if something like happens again.
I cannot say enough about this company!! They are kind, caring, reliable & fabulous! They came when they said they would and repaired our car! Prices were incredible! 10 Minutes and Sergio had my splash shield back on! Excellent service, especially since I might have had to tow the car to a shop for a minor issue. I am very happy with the communication and the ease of booking a mechanic at my apartment!
I’m very satisfied with the quality of service provided. The mechanic was professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and completed the repair with care. Everything was handled smoothly, and the convenience of at-home service was a huge plus. This kind of experience makes car repairs far less stressful.
Gret job for an out of the box, unique issue. My emergency push button break got stuck and the car was not driveable. They came out on a sunday to fix it and im so glad the issue got resolved. Reasonable price for a weekend job.
Ramon was so outstanding he made sure I was aware of the spark plugs and coil procedures and was very clean and also spoke Spanish and English made sure he cleaned up the work area and was neat wiping the area where he worked. Overall I would recommend his services to anyone. Excellent service
