They have changed an ignition switch for me as well as come out to a dealership for a pre - purchase inspection, and even worked with the time I needed and they go above and beyond with their customers! Sergio has been the best mechanic I've had in a long time! On time, friendly, polite , very professional and knowledgeable. Sergio changed my brakes and rotors on my Acura RDX. He explained everything he was doing, showed me tthe parts that were bad. I liked Sergio's honesty as another mechanic, fews days before told me I needed more work on my car then I obviously did need. I would highly recommend Sergio! I used the Instantcarfix oil change service today. It was very convenient. Team was very professional and helpful. Oil got changed in time, where I was able to do other stuff. Saved me the wait time in the service shops which can be in hours sometimes. Super happy to find this and I will be using it for my future car services. If you are reading this and need a service, you must try it.

My appointment was between 11-3. The mechanic pfulled up a few minutes before 3. His name was Derrick he was very nice and was able to fix the problem fairly quickly. The price they quoted was exactly what I paid nothing more. But I wasn't sure if they were going to send a mechanic because they needed me to upload a valid photo id to a link they sent me. It never would upload when I clicked on the upload button. A few hours before 3 I finally was able to get a rep on the phone who had me text the copy to her and she was able to upload it to their link. I was very satisfied with their service and if needed will use them again. I highly recommend this company.
