I’m terrible with names so I can’t remember who it was, it I just had someone out here fixing my husbands car. He was able to confirm the battery was bad, and managed to fix it. Over the four other mechanics I tried to get a hold of, this is the only place that actually answered and took care of the issue. Will use again if one of the cars fails to start
Instant car fix sent us out Keegan he was on time and very professional. I was a little skeptical because I never used a mobile mechanic before but Keegan was very knowledgeable and got the job done I got my brake pads replaced and he did it in a timely manner. Amazing service. I work on my own car but had a cv axel stuck and was done trying to pry it out. I called them and paid ahead of time for service to be done the next day. The mechanic calls and shows up an hour later, which was even better. You can tell he had a lot of experience and tools because he got the axel out in 30 minutes, while it took me 6 hours and a lot of cuss words and got no where. Pricing was average if not cheaper . I feel like VA car and tire would have charged me double and I would have had to drop it off. Great experience, I will use them again if needed.
After hearing a strange noise from my brakes, I contacted a mobile mechanic. He arrived at my home, inspected the brakes, and replaced the worn-out pads efficiently. Now, my car drives smoothly, and I didn't have to spend hours at a shop.
I had a great experience with the company! The mechanic was so patient and really took the time to explain what needed to be fixed. He even went out of his way to share how the other mechanic had taken advantage of me. I really appreciated his honesty and support!
Our high school senior has quite a commute each day. He needed front brake pads and rotors. I called on a Friday night and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Everything was thoroughly explained to us.Alberto was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company. I know we will definitely contact them in the future.
I had to get expedited service on the 4th no less and even though the tire was not repairable, the wonderful service tech stayed for about 20 mins until I could meet him to access my spare which he installed for me. Such a kind and knowledgeable gentleman who really saved me today! Thank you all and highly recommend this company if you need mobile repairs.
Came out when scheduled and completed work in a timely manner. Have a classic car and the battery is under the back seat. Tried a lot of mechanics that said they could install the new battery. None of them showed up. Thank you Instant Car Fix for sending a knowledgeable mechanic, he was kind and professional.
Germaine was awesome. He came 20 minutes early, was extremely helpful and friendly. Was able to look through and find potential issues. Was head over heels better than the other company that came out to look at. Totally recommend
